What's Next to Go Sky High - Food or Fur?

In the past two weeks, every market price has seen new high records set, except for food and fur. I'll bet you can tell where I'm going next ... yes, I think they will be the next victims of the seemingly arbitrary high prices we have been witnessing careening capriciously across the Tiny Kingdom.

Food increases could be particularly crippling, depending on how high it gets, and how long it lasts. Since we're in the middle of harvest season, the actual effects of the current Market conditions could be delayed in Foodstuffs until after the Fall crops come in though. Which leaves the Fur market...

The good news is that food is below average today. Stock up. I'm stocking up on fur, too. Just in case.

Today's Price Board - expires midnight July 22nd GMT/UDT

Rock is 490/thousand, below average.

Stones
are selling a bit above average today at 3,200/thousand.

Wood is well above average at 790/thousand.

Lumber is 5,310/thousand, just above average these days.

Food is 770/thousand, below average.

Fur is 900/thousand which is above average. Stock up before it flies up, too!

Woven Fur is above average: 6,400/thousand.

The Red Ink Report for the Next 24 Hours

The following basic stores will lose money if you purchase your resources from the market at today's prices. The number in parenthesis is how many items in the shop's stock are affected.

    Toy Maker Store (1)
    Sculpture Store (2)
    Furniture Store (1)
    Terra Trainers (2)
    Art Series Stores (3)
Tux Series Stores (2 or 3)
    Hiking Store (3)
    Canoe Store (3)

*Some stores are never listed above because they were designed to nearly always lose money, like the Education series shops and the supporting shops for the Wonders Challenge.

Be careful out there!
